GTA Online gets heist focused on artwork tomorrow
The schedule for financial incentives designed by the developer to stir the streets of Los Santos has been unveiled in detail, offering a cash bonus that can reach up to GTA$1,500,000, along with the rare opportunity to intercept an extremely valuable special painting. These extra rewards will be exclusive to those who participated in the Fine Arts Collector Program activities before July 13th. The structure of this new heist has been fully planned to keep user engagement high over the coming months, featuring an intelligent rotation of three new paintings for theft each week, forcing the squad to devise different strategies and escape routes. This dynamic promises to turn the activity into one of the most lucrative and less repetitive options in the entire multiplayer ecosystem across PCs and consoles.
The fleet of vehicles available in the map's dealerships will receive a significant boost with the arrival of this free update on the servers. The Hao’s Special Works garage will gain new models of supercars compatible with extreme performance modifications and dedicated kits for drift practice on the tracks. On the corporate benefits side, members who subscribe to the GTA+ service will have the advantage of claiming the speedy Grotti Veleno GT model at no additional cost directly in the Vinewood Car Club garages. It’s always great to see the company continuing to expand the automotive catalog with respectable machines, providing utility for the fortunes accumulated by more veteran players.
"Players of GTA Online can now prepare their squads for one of the most sophisticated plans in the history of the multiplayer mode," highlighted the development team in an official statement.
The new free content has been named by Rockstar Games as The Kortz Center Heist and its official release is scheduled for July 14th. In order to start planning the robbery of luxury galleries, the crime management will require players to make a substantial financial investment in their operation bases, making it mandatory to purchase an Art Studio expansion within their private Mansions. This financial barrier to access the new missions is that old pesky tactic to force the community to spend their shark cards, but the promise of gameplay focused on silent tactical invasions and detailed planning alongside contractors like Mr. Faber and his right-hand man, Raf De Angelis, might end up compensating for the initial expense if the execution is well-done.
