Battlefield REDSEC now available on PS5 and Steam for free.

The new mode battle royale of Battlefield 6, named Battlefield REDSEC, is already available for free on the PS5. The shadowdrop release, which was being speculated, is a positive point for EA, delivering an explosive experience with squad-based gameplay and massive destruction, trademarks of the franchise.

The content promises to be tactical and dynamic, set in Fort Lyndon, a gigantic military installation located in southern California. This map combines beaches and highly technological structures, where rebel operators fight for confidential information against hostile forces, creating an atmosphere of mystery and tension.

The REDSEC offers the following features:

Free Battle Royale: Thrilling battles in squads, with opportunities for bold tactics.

Tactical Destruction: Ability to blow up walls and destroy cover, changing the scenery in real time (a Battlefield signature).

Arena Mode: A new competitive experience focused on squads that need to fulfill objectives while fighting for survival (the most ruthless mode in the series).

Missions and rewards: Secondary missions within matches, increasing strategy and chances of victory.

Integration with the Portal: Players can redefine the front lines and relive classic moments of the franchise through the Portal mode after the battles.

The REDSEC's debut was accompanied by a trailer that highlighted the troops in combat, heavy firefights, the use of vehicles, and the chaotic environment. As it is a free release, the download is available for all PS5 and Steam players through the links:
